Dit werkpakket (WP) zal bestaande kennis verzamelen over natuurgebaseerde oplossingen (NBS) voor bodems en bodems als NBS voor de beperking van en aanpassing aan klimaatverandering, herstel van biodiversiteit, vermindering van de afhankelijkheid van fossiele brandstoffen en synthetische inputs, rampenpreventie, voedselzekerheid en het creëren van werkgelegenheid in de landbouw, bosbouw en stedenbouw. Dit WP zal samenwerken met WP2 om bodemadviseurs te voorzien van een coherente aanpak voor het bemonsteren, testen en verzamelen van gegevens ter ondersteuning van de doelstellingen van de bodemmissie.

Dit werkpakket (WP) ontwikkelt specifiek diepgaand onderzoek en testen van de meest veelbelovende NBS-categorieën om bestaande kennisleemtes op te vullen, steunend op de basiskennis ontwikkeld in WP1, en zal een basis vormen voor de leermiddelen en veldbezoeken ontwikkeld in WP3.

“Dit werkpakket (WP) zal een uitgebreid trainingsprogramma ontwikkelen voor de volgende generatie bodemadviseurs en adviesdiensten. Er wordt samengewerkt met adviesdiensten in de EU en geassocieerde landen om de kennis en vaardigheden te versterken die nodig zijn om onpartijdig advies te geven over bodems en duurzaam beheer, waarbij het bewijs en de inzichten van WP2 en WP4 worden meegenomen. Door het opzetten van pilots zal een curriculum van trainingsmiddelen om de kennis over bodems te vergroten worden gecodificeerd, ontwikkeld, getest en gevalideerd. “

Dit werkpakket (WP) zal samenwerken met WP2 en WP3 om bestaande en toekomstige adviseurs te informeren over het gebruik van beschikbare technologieën voor land- en bodemmonitoring, zoals: satellietbeelden, informatie van hyperspectrale en multispectrale camera’s of het gebruik van bodemsensoren voor gegevensverzameling in situ.

“Dit werkpakket (WP) ondersteunt de ontwikkelingstraining in WP2 door het bestaande bedrijfsecosysteem en beleidskader in kaart te brengen en te analyseren. Het zal ook belanghebbenden en bedrijfs-/waardeketenactoren betrekken, beleidsaanbevelingen leveren die relevant zijn voor de Bodemmissie, het GLB, EU BiodivStrategey en Farm to Fork, en een plan leveren om NBS voor bodemgezondheid op te schalen op basis van de NBSOIL-resultaten en de training- en adviesmethodologie. “

Dit werkpakket (WP) zal de impact van het project op alle niveaus maximaliseren door belanghebbenden te betrekken via gerichte communicatie- en voorlichtingsactiviteiten. Dit omvat het verspreiden van projectresultaten onder een breed publiek en het plannen van de duurzaamheid van de projectresultaten om de impact na de financieringsperiode te garanderen, onder andere door de projectresultaten commercieel te exploiteren.

Dit werkpakket (WP) zal het project leiden naar het behalen van de verwachte resultaten, het aanpakken van de verwachte uitkomsten en uiteindelijk het bereiken van effecten na afloop van het project. Zorgen voor de juiste ontwikkeling en implementatie van het project binnen tijd en budget. Risico’s en dagelijks beheer beheren. Ervoor zorgen dat de deliverables en mijlpalen op tijd en van goede kwaliteit zijn. Het zal ook verantwoordelijk zijn voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van leer- en operationele procedures, en ervoor zorgen dat gender- en inclusiviteitsaspecten in het project goed aan bod komen.
